Carps Corner 2-24-23 Trying to shorten College Football Games, CJ Stroud Draft Status, ND Issues

There were 4 proposed changes to timing operations in College football in attempt to shorten the games… I’m for all of them if executed correctly, but one needs some tweaking

CJ Stroud has been mocked all over the place… but I bet his drops no lower than the 2nd QB off the board

Notre Dame lost Tommy Rees as their OC… and have had trouble replacing him
