Sloppy game, penalties, turnovers, injuries, bad running game,missed tackles,,, Jamis holding ball too long yet benefiting sometimes but not in the long run. No need for 1st down sack..just throw ball away on 1st down..there is always 2nd and 3rd down,, need better play call too. Don't count on Kamara this game. He will be covered like white on rice with TB's personnel to do it easily. Kudos's to the punter Gillikin for the Wash game.
