I've got to give Geno Smith credit. A lot of guys would have thrown in the towel years ago, but he's stuck around as a backup and continued to put in the work. He looks like he improved quite a bit since his days as a NY Jet. I realize he had a really bad team around him in NY, but he has also made some strides as a passer and reading the defense.
